Processing Time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping can vary. I will try to detail fully the shipping time upon each purchase - The time for an order to take will also depend on how promptly the payment comes through after order confirmation.
Shipping & Handling:
Please be aware that I will do my best to package and deliver your item with as much care and protection as possible. I can not, however, guarantee a fail-proof delivery and breakages are always a possibility. If this occurs please contact me and we can organize where to go from there in terms of remedying the problem.

Bank transfer: To be paid after completing your order - details of which are here and included in the confirmation email sent to you after order completion
Returns & exchanges:

I do accept returns for circumstances under my control - I do not accept returns for circumstances out of my control, If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with a photo of the damaged product. I will offer a replacement or refund upon review.
Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, I am unable to offer refunds on items that arrive intact but break after delivery. Once in your care, I cannot control how the pieces are handled. Please treat each item with care to ensure its longevity.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

communicate with you about your order, to fulfil your order & for legal reasons (like paying taxes).
